Account deletion request
This page stays reachable from the web, with no need to install the app.
The simplest way: from the app
Settings → Account → Delete my account. The request takes effect immediately and cannot be undone: the account closes and the session ends. Erasure follows within 30 days at the latest, backups included. This is not a deactivation; nothing is kept in reserve.
Without the app
Write to dpo@langila.app with the subject “Account deletion”, stating the Apple or Google identifier attached to the account. We verify your identity before acting, then we proceed and confirm it to you.
What is deleted
Account identifier, name and address where applicable, progress, records, dictionary, stickers, nkoto balance, league entries, preferences.
Deadline: within 30 days at the latest, backups included.
What is kept, and why
Proof of transactions relating to your purchases, which accounting law requires us to keep. They are no longer attached to an active account.
